Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency. Qualifications: Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution. Experience: 12-18 years of experience in maintenance management within a steel foundry environment. Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of arc furnaces, heat treatment processes, and related machinery used in the production of railway items.
