Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, and materials for maximum productivity. Ensure proper implementation and display of work instructions, OCPs, MSDS, safety, and 5S-related documents on the shop floor. Encourage team participation in Kaizen, QCC (Quality Control Circles), and suggestion schemes . Maintain and update suggestion/QCC implementation status across the plant. Maintain ISO and IMS-related documentation and lead internal/external audits, ensuring closure of non-conformities. Organize and conduct training programs to upskill the plant workforce. Must Have Skills: Strong command over shop floor management and lean techniques. Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of SAP. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
