Plan, coordinate, and monitor melting operations to meet production targets and maintain high safety and quality standards. Ensure effective utilization and operational readiness of all melting equipment and production resources. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing, TPM, and OEE principles. Implement and maintain work instructions, safety protocols, and metallurgical control procedures. Foster clear and open communication within the team and with other departments to ensure smooth workflows. Promote a safe and organized work environment in line with 5S principles and national safety regulations. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 9 years of experience in a foundry, including 23 years in a supervisory/team leader role. Hands-on experience with melting processes and foundry operations. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical and operational information across all levels.
