Fundraising Coordinator

At Sneha we are looking for a Fundraising Coordinator to join our team and help execute SNEHA’s fundraising plan. This role involves actively engaging with prospective and current donors, managing donor relationships, and coordinating with various internal teams. You will be a key player in securing both program and non-program funding to support our vital work.

Key Responsibilities

• Donor Engagement & Fundraising: Reach out to prospective donors (CSR leads, foundations, HNIs), plan and execute fundraising events, and manage retail fundraising campaigns.
• Proposal & Documentation: Support program teams in completing online proposal submissions and other donor documentation.
• Donor Management: Maintain and update data within our donor management system and generate reports.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate donor site visits and coordinate with internal teams for proposal submissions and reports.

Profile Snapshot

• Education: Post-graduate degree (MSW or a development sector-focused degree is preferred).
• Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in the services industry or development sector.
• Location: Santacruz
• Reports to: Fundraising Manager.
• Traits: Proactive, results-oriented, a problem-solver with strong communication and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
