Fundraising Coordinator

As a passionate and strategic professional, your role will involve developing CSR portfolios and proposals that align with both the organization's mission and corporate partners" CSR goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and presenting well-researched CSR proposals that align corporate social responsibility goals with the organization's mission. - Identifying, engaging, and establishing partnerships with corporate donors and CSR teams. - Researching and analyzing corporate funding trends and opportunities in the CSR space. - Crafting persuasive grant applications, funding proposals, and pitch presentations. - Maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential corporate partners. - Working closely with internal teams to design CSR initiatives that create shared value for both the corporate donors and the organization. - Ensuring compliance with CSR regulations and reporting requirements. - Tracking and evaluating the impact of CSR funding and partnerships. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in CSR fundraising, grant writing, or corporate partnership development. - Strong understanding of CSR trends, policies, and regulatory frameworks in India. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to create compelling storytelling for corporate engagements. - Experience working with trusts, NGOs, or educational institutions (preferred). - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Development, Communications, Social Work, or a related field. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with a performance bonus.
