Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fundraiser located in Surat, with some work from home acceptable. As a Fundraiser at Riddhi Plus, you will be responsible for planning and executing fundraising campaigns, identifying and reaching out to potential donors, developing grant proposals, and maintaining donor relations. You will also be involved in organizing fundraising events, tracking donation metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to increase awareness and support for our initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fundraising, Donor Relations, and Grant Writing skills
• Event Planning and Organizing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the education or non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
