Fundraiser

Role Overview: As a Fundraiser at Adyan Foundation, you will play a crucial role in supporting and expanding the organization's social initiatives through effective fundraising strategies. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing fundraising strategies tailored to Adyan Foundation's programs and goals. - Identifying, approaching, and securing funding from potential donors such as individuals, corporates, institutions, and foundations. - Writing compelling grant proposals, donor reports, and case statements. - Planning and executing fundraising events and campaigns both online and offline. - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing donors. - Collaborating with the marketing and program teams to create promotional and campaign materials. - Ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations and reporting requirements. - Monitoring fundraising targets and preparing regular updates and reports for leadership. - Representing the Foundation at networking events, CSR forums, and donor meetings. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-5 years of core experience in fundraising for nonprofit organizations. - Demonstrated success in securing individual donations, CSR contributions, and/or grants. - Strong knowledge of grant writing, donor cultivation, and donor retention strategies. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. - Proven experience in planning and executing fundraising events. - A Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Public Relations, Communications, Social Work, or a related field. - Knowledge of fundraising software, CRM systems, and digital fundraising platforms is a plus. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. - Strong passion for social impact and community development.,
