Role Overview We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fundraising Manager to lead our efforts in securing funding through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. You'll play a key role in connecting our vision with corporate impact goals, building partnerships that uplift thousands of students. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage CSR decision-makers across companies. Develop and present tailored proposals aligned with CSR goals. Manage the full fundraising cycle: lead generation, meetings, deal closure. Align fundraising with Riddhi Plus social programs and strategic goals. Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipelines, and outcomes. Stay up to date with CSR trends, laws, and funding opportunities. Requirements Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Marketing, Development Studies, or related fields. 3+ years of proven CSR fundraising or corporate partnerships experience. Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Sound understanding of CSR frameworks under the Companies Act, 2013. A genuine passion for education, social impact, and development.
