As a Fundraising Manager at Riddhi Plus, you will play a crucial role in securing funding through Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives to support our mission of bringing quality, NEP 2020-aligned learning solutions to schools across India. Your efforts will directly impact thousands of students by building partnerships with CSR decision-makers and aligning fundraising with our social programs and strategic goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and engage CSR decision-makers across companies. - Develop and present tailored proposals aligned with CSR goals. - Manage the full fundraising cycle, including lead generation, meetings, and deal closure. - Align fundraising activities with Riddhi Plus social programs and strategic goals. - Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipelines, and outcomes. - Stay informed about CSR trends, laws, and funding opportunities. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Marketing, Development Studies, or related fields. - 3+ years of proven experience in CSR fundraising or corporate partnerships. - Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills. - Sound understanding of CSR frameworks under the Companies Act, 2013. - Genuine passion for education, social impact, and development.
