To excel in this role, you should have experience in planning and executing fundraising strategies, organizing fundraising events, and securing sponsorships and grants. Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with donors. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities will be beneficial in managing multiple fundraising activities efficiently. The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is crucial for achieving our fundraising goals. While not mandatory, knowledge of the non-profit sector would be advantageous in understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within this space.
