Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and motivated Fundraising Interns to join our team. As a Fundraising Intern, you will support our efforts in raising funds, building donor relationships, exploring crowdfunding opportunities, and creating strategies to sustain and grow the Foundation’s initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in NGO fundraising, donor engagement, and social impact work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns, events, and activities.

• Research potential donors, CSR initiatives, grant opportunities, and funding agencies.

• Support in developing crowdfunding campaigns and digital fundraising strategies.

• Draft fundraising proposals, sponsorship requests, and donor communication materials.

• Maintain records of donor engagement and contribute to building long-term relationships.

• Create awareness about the Foundation’s work through social media and networking.

• Collaborate with the team on innovative fundraising ideas to maximize outreach.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation in any field (preferably Social Work, Management, Marketing, or related fields).

• Strong communication and writing skills (English/Hindi/Marathi preferred).

• Interest in non-profit work, social causes, and fundraising.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, social media, and digital platforms.

• Creative, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Fundraiser. The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, identifying potential donors, and maintaining relationships with existing donors. The role involves conducting research, preparing fundraising proposals, and organizing fundraising events. The Fundraiser will also track and report on fundraising activities and performance.
