Role Description

This on-site, full-time role of Fundraiser is located in Jaipur. The Fundraiser will develop and implement strategies to secure funding, cultivate relationships with potential donors, and manage fundraising campaigns. They will research funding opportunities, write grant proposals, coordinate events, and collaborate with the team to meet financial goals. Additionally, the Fundraiser will be responsible for maintaining donor relationships and ensuring effective communication to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Fundraising, Grant Writing, and Budget Management skills
• Relationship Building, Communication, and Networking skills
• Event Coordination and Campaign Management experience
• Research and Analytical skills
• Proficiency in using fundraising software and CRM systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for animal welfare and prior experience in non-profit organizations is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
