Job Summary We're urgently seeking a dynamic Fundraiser to drive resource mobilization for our ongoing projects. You'll identify donors, craft compelling campaigns, and secure funding to support our mission. If you're passionate about social change and have a knack for networking, this is your chance! Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute fundraising strategies, including online campaigns, events, and grant applications. - Build relationships with individuals, corporates, and foundations to solicit donations. - Create engaging content (proposals, emails, social media posts) to promote our cause. - Track fundraising metrics and report on progress to the team. - Collaborate with program leads to align funding needs with impact stories. Requirements : - 2+ years in fundraising, sales, or non-profit development. - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English; Hindi a plus. - Experience with CRM tools (e.g., DonorPerfect) and digital platforms (e.g., crowdfunding sites). - Proactive, target-driven mindset with empathy for social issues. - Any Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
