Donor Engagement & Stewardship Maintain ongoing donor engagement through personalized communications, curated impact stories, and regular updates. Organize donor visits, events, and virtual interactions to showcase impact and deepen donor relationships. Develop and implement impact reporting frameworks to demonstrate transparency and outcomes to donors and partners. Campaign & Channel Management Create and manage multi-channel fundraising campaigns (digital, offline, and experiential). Build and scale a recurring giving program to convert one-time donors into long-term supporters. Collaborate with the communications team to craft compelling narratives and campaigns. Data & Performance Oversee donor database and CRM systems , ensuring accurate segmentation, tracking, and insights. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, donor retention, and lifetime value to optimize strategies. Prepare and present periodic performance reports to the Director Strategic Partnerships. Qualifications & Experience 10-12 years of experience in fundraising, individual donor acquisition, or brand partnerships , preferably in the nonprofit or social impact space. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute fundraising campaigns with measurable success. Proven experience managing corporate payroll giving, retail collaborations, or cause marketing .
