As a Fund Administration Product Manager within the specialized team, you will contribute to driving business objectives by strategically developing the service offering, supporting new business opportunities, and enhancing your skills as a subject matter expert. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments to provide a top-tier client experience and identifying new business opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as a Fund Administration subject matter expert for Senior Management, Operations, Sales, Client Services, and Clients / Prospects - Provide guidance on client, industry, and internal change programs to maintain efficiency and standardization - Collaborate with business partners on client satisfaction initiatives and sales opportunities - Stay informed of regulatory changes and their potential impact on the business - Identify areas for service offering development and improvement - Participate in Industry events to stay updated on market activities **Qualifications Required:** - In-depth practical understanding of Fund Administration core processes and concepts, including Regulatory reporting - Ability to understand complex technology and operations infrastructure, preferably with knowledge of FIS InvestOne platform - Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills - Ability to devise creative solutions for client requests and strategic product goals - Good understanding of Fund Accounting, fund expenses, P&L computations, balance sheet, and financial reporting standards - Strong written and presentation skills for preparing quality materials and confidently presenting in various settings The role of a Fund Administration Product Manager requires strategic thinking to design the platform combined with accountability and execution discipline to drive and implement development.
