Job Description

Role: Functional Project Manager – Digital TransformationLocations: Bangalore / Hyderabad / PuneExperience: 7–10 yearsCTC: ₹22–27 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives for global banking clients, preferably in retail banking.
Manage 8–10 concurrent workstreams across business and technology teams.
Drive end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle.
Manage stakeholders across multiple geographies and support Agile delivery models.
Oversee planning, execution, risk and issue management, cost/benefit tracking, change impact assessment, and reporting.

Requirements

3–4 years of end-to-end functional project management experience.
Proven experience delivering transformation programs (not operations or pure IT delivery).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Additional Details

Purely a Functional PM role.

5 days WFO / hybrid;

open to client travel.

Max notice period:

45 days.Relocation allowed.
