Job Title: Functional Manager

experience: min 7 years

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

1. Process & Project Management

  • Lead process implementation and manage end-to-end projects.
  • Develop SOPs and coordinate with institutes, labs, and technical teams.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.

2. Customer Care Management

  • Oversee customer support operations and team performance.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to create FAQs, videos, and support documents.
  • Maintain knowledge bases and publish technical white papers.

3. Content Development & Knowledge Management

  • Create technical documentation, training materials, and blogs.
  • Coordinate with marketing for equipment-related content.
  • Design documentation systems for operations.

4. Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Collaborate with analysts to maintain dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy and track KPIs.
  • Identify trends for performance improvement.

5. Training & Resource Management

  • Design operator training programs and manage certifications.
  • Schedule and deploy trained resources.

6. Strategic Operations

  • Work with the COO on operational planning.
  • Manage lab coordination and resource allocation.
