Job Title: SAP FI Functional Consultant Location: TechM Chennai ELCOT Years of Experience: 10 15 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP FI Functional Consultant to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Financial Accounting and a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions to clients. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes and the ability to leverage the Power Platform to enhance SAP functionalities. The consultant will work closely with clients to analyze their needs, design solutions, and implement best practices in financial management. Responsibilities: Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP FI modules. Implement and configure SAP FI solutions to meet business needs. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes. Utilize Power Platform tools to enhance SAP functionalities and improve user experience. Conduct training sessions for end users and provide ongoing support post implementation. Stay updated with the latest SAP FI trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions. Participate in project planning and status meetings, providing updates on progress and challenges. Document all processes, configurations, and changes made during the project lifecycle. Mandatory Skills: Extensive experience in SAP FI module with a strong understanding of financial accounting processes. Proficiency in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. Knowledge of other SAP modules such as CO, MM, or SD. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards. Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 15 years of experience in SAP FI consulting or related roles. Relevant SAP certifications in FI module are highly desirable. Strong understanding of financial processes and best practices.
