Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant L1 with expertise in SAP Successfactor PMGM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP Successfactor PMGM solutions.
Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications for SAP Successfactor PMGM projects.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on SAP Successfactor PMGM applications.
Develop and maintain documentation of SAP Successfactor PMGM configurations and customizations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Successfactor PMGM implementation.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and meet business objectives.

Job Requirements

Mandatory skills: SAP Successfactor PMGM, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of SAP Successfactor PMGM modules and functionalities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, focusing on delivering high-quality results and maintaining accuracy.
