SAP SF EC Responsible for providing ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) system for a client. This role involves troubleshooting issues, performing system upgrades, and working with clients to address their business needs within the EC module. Perform routine maintenance and support activities for the EC system. Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users or identified through system monitoring. Assist with system upgrades and patch management. * Support client requests for data migration, reporting, and ad-hoc queries. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless system operation. Provide training and guidance to users on the EC system. Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). Experience with AMS or Application Management Services. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with HR processes and practices. Experience with data migration tools and reporting. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices. Mandatory Skills: SAP SuccessFactor Employee Central. Experience5-8 Years.
