Functional Consultant - L1

We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant with 5-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Lync SFB Server Admin and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions using Microsoft Lync SFB Server Admin.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Lync SFB Server Admin issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Microsoft Lync SFB Server Admin configurations.
