Job Description

Functional Analyst with strong experience in Supply Chain Planning

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business and technical teams to understand
Supply Chain Planning requirements
.
Participate in designing functional solutions and ensuring alignment with business processes.
Knowledge of
Test Case Design
and Execution
Perform
data validation and analysis using basic SQL queries
.
Ensure solution quality by identifying gaps, reporting defects, and assisting with root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Understanding of
cloud environments.
Assist in conducting
performance benchmarking
to evaluate system efficiency and identify improvement areas.
Maintain documentation including functional specifications, test scripts, and process flows.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience as a
Functional Analyst
in
Supply Chain Planning.
Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes.
Knowledge in
test case design and execution
.
Basic proficiency in
SQL
for data checks and validation.
Understanding of
cloud platforms
, with Azure preferred.
Good understanding of
performance benchmarking
concepts and KPIs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
