Job Description

Job Summary:


Full Stack Developer

hands-on coding and innovative AI-driven development practices


Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s

    Engineering

    degree in

    Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

    , or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum

    5+ years of professional full-stack development experience

    .


Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in

    React.js

    ,

    Node.js

    , and

    TypeScript

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)

    .
  • Ability to write

    clean, maintainable, testable, and scalable code

    .
  • Experience with

    RESTful APIs, authentication, and security best practices

    .
  • Familiarity with

    CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud deployments

    (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Capable of working

    independently without AI tools

    , while also

    leveraging AI for performance tuning, code review, and workflow optimization

    .


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain

    dynamic and responsive frontends

    with React.
  • Build and optimize

    scalable backends and APIs

    with Node.js + TypeScript.
  • Design and manage

    RDBMS schemas, queries, and performance tuning

    .
  • Integrate

    AI-assisted development practices

    where appropriate to enhance productivity and code quality.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Stay up-to-date with the

    latest tools, frameworks, and best practices

    in full stack and AI-driven development.


Preferred:

  • Experience with

    AI-assisted development tools

    (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT API, or custom ML pipelines).
  • Knowledge of

    microservices architecture

    and

    serverless computing

    .
  • Familiarity with

    Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments

    .
  • Experience in

    performance optimization, caching strategies, and load balancing

    .
  • Exposure to

    test-driven development (TDD)

    and

    automated testing frameworks

    .
  • Contributions to

    open-source projects

    or personal portfolio showcasing full-stack projects.
