Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Fullstack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ROR/Python (backend)and React (frontend), with the ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance user experience and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using ROR/Python for Backend and React.js for frontend.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build robust features end-to-end.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high code quality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and bring innovative solutions to the team.

Requirements

3-7 years of fullstack development experience.
Strong programming experience in Ruby on Rails or Python.
Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design (PostgreSQL/MySQL preferred).
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience working in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and agile methodologies.
Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest, Cypress).
Understanding of system design and scalability concepts.
