We’re a stealth-mode startup building a creator-first platform with strong early traction. We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our core team on an equity-based and revenue-sharing model. This is an incredible opportunity to get in early, own part of the product, and earn from real revenue—not just promises.💡 No salary initially – equity and monthly revenue share begins post-launch.

What You'll Do

Build and deploy a modern, responsive web app using React + FirebaseOwn fullstack development: UI, backend logic, API integrationIntegrate Stripe: payment flows, virtual wallets, creator payoutsCollaborate directly with the founder for agile sprint deliveryOptimize for speed, security, and scalingHelp shape roadmap and take product from vision board to life

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:3+ years in fullstack development (preferably startup/MVP context)Strong in React (Next.js, Vite) and Tailwind CSSFirebase: Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Hosting, StorageDeep understanding of async data, API management, routingStripe integration experience (checkout, payments, wallets, payouts)Git, CI/CD experience, strong testing/debugging habitsComfortable owning entire web dev lifecycle

Bonus (optional

):Experience with creator tools, fintech, or wallet-based platformsFamiliarity with CRON jobs, Firebase triggers, Firestore rulesPassion for lean startups and long-term technical leadership
