Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, product details, etc.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations for cross-selling.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and daily productivity targets.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email/chat platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

  • Undergraduates can apply.
  • Freshers are welcome; experience in customer service or tele calling is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable working from the Gurgaon location.
