Full-Time Operations Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Operations to join our growing team. You will be managing our vendors, manufacturing units and ecommerce partners to ensure smooth fulfillment of demand.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain e-commerce accounts on platforms like [e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.]
• Process and fulfill online orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipping.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to replenish stock.
• Manage ordering process end to end with manufacturing unit
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, returns, and product information.
• Update product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Proven experience 1-2 years working in ecommerce operations role
• Familiarity with ecommerce channels like Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
