Genesis Pain Management, a U.S.-based pain management practice, is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) based in Delhi / Noida to support our U.S. clinical operations remotely. This is a non-prescriptive, non-procedural role focused on care coordination, patient education, communication, and clinical documentation while working closely with U.S.-based physicians.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient care plans under physician direction

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients regarding treatment plans, follow-ups, and recovery expectations

• Track symptoms and monitor patient progress, escalating concerns to physicians as needed

• Provide patient education for pain management procedures, including Epidural Steroid Injections (ESI) and Trigger Point Injections (TSI)

• Share pre- and post-procedure care instructions within defined clinical protocols

• Ensure all patient interactions remain non-prescriptive and compliant

• Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, scheduling, and billing teams

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR/EHR systems

• Participate in care coordination meetings and clinical reviews

• Adhere strictly to HIPAA and U.S. healthcare compliance standards

🔹 Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner qualification from a recognized institution in India

• Minimum 3 years of Internal Medicine experience (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of chronic pain conditions and care pathways

• Excellent spoken and written English (U.S. patient-facing)

• Ability to work full-time during U.S. Central Time (Texas hours)

• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and clinical documentation

• Strong patient counseling and education skills

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, anesthesia, or related fields

• Prior experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare or telehealth programs

• Exposure to interventional pain procedures from a care coordination perspective

• Experience in remote or international clinical support roles
