About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Biller who can manage public and private insurance billing, including Medicare and Medicaid, while supporting credentialing and coding functions across multiple specialties.

*Key Responsibilities:*

✅ Submit and manage claims for Medicare, Medicaid & private insurance plans

✅ Provider credentialing and re-credentialing with insurance payers

✅ Medical coding using CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS & modifiers

✅ End-to-end billing, AR follow-ups, and denial management

✅ Payment posting and reconciliation

✅ Eligibility verification and insurance follow-ups

✅ Ensure compliance with CMS and payer guidelines

✅ Work with providers and practice staff to improve billing accuracy

Requirements:

✔️ 6–7+ years of experience in medical billing, credentialing & coding

✔️ Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid & commercial insurance billing

✔️ Experience in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine & Practice Management

✔️ Expertise in complete RCM workflows

✔️ Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR and billing systems

✔️ Ability to manage multiple processes independently

✔️ Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Certification in coding/billing (CPC, CPB, CCS, CCA)

* Experience with Practice Management Systems

* Exposure to industry segments such as CPM, CPO & healthcare operations

* Knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations and payer rules
