About the Role

Senior Full Stack Technical Lead / Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of up to

  30 developers

  , ensuring quality delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Design, develop, and maintain

  scalable, secure, and high-performing

  applications using

  .NET, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, and Microservices architecture

  .
• Oversee

  end-to-end software delivery

  , including architecture design, code review, and deployment.
• Manage project workflows using

  Jira

  and maintain repositories via

  Bitbucket

  .
• Implement and maintain

  CI/CD pipelines

  using

  Jenkins

  and

  Azure DevOps

  .
• Deploy and manage applications on

  cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

  with experience in

  containers, Kubernetes, static apps, and blob storage

  .
• Collaborate with

  business stakeholders

  to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to

  coding, security, and performance best practices

  across all projects.
• Be available for

  on-call travel

  to business or client locations as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience with

  .NET, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, and Microservices

  .
• Deep understanding of

  cloud infrastructure

  (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience in

  containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

  and cloud deployment strategies.
• Proficiency with

  CI/CD tools

  Jenkins

  and

  Azure DevOps

  .

Leadership & Management:

• Proven track record of

  leading teams of 20–30 members

  .
• Experience with

  project tracking and collaboration tools

  like

  Jira

  and

  Bitbucket

  .
