Full Stack Technical Lead / Architect

As a Senior Full Stack Technical Lead / Architect in Pune, Maharashtra, India, you will spearhead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. Your role requires a strong foundation in front-end and back-end technologies, cloud platforms, and modern architectural practices. You will showcase leadership excellence in managing large development teams and driving project success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of up to 30 developers, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to project timelines. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using .NET, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, and Microservices architecture. - Oversee end-to-end software delivery, including architecture design, code review, and deployment. - Manage project workflows using Jira and maintain repositories via Bitbucket. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps. - Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) with experience in containers, Kubernetes, static apps, and blob storage. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. - Ensure adherence to coding, security, and performance best practices across all projects. - Be available for on-call travel to business or client locations as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Expertise: - Strong hands-on experience with .NET, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, and Microservices. - Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP). - Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud deployment strategies. - Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps. Leadership & Management: - Proven track record of leading teams of 20-30 members. - Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools like Jira and Bitbucket.
