Full Stack Python Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Full Stack Python Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs in full-stack Python development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, along with excellent communication skills to effectively teach and mentor students. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs covering full-stack Python development, including both front-end and back-end technologies. 
• Develop course materials, including presentations, coding exercises, and assessment tools. 
• Conduct hands-on coding sessions and workshops to enhance practical learning. 
• Provide mentorship and support to students, addressing individual learning needs. 
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and feedback sessions. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure course content remains relevant. 
• Collaborate with other instructors and departments to enhance the training curriculum. 
• Facilitate online and in-person training sessions, adapting to various learning styles. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
• Strong proficiency in Java and popular frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. 
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular) as well as back-end technologies. 
• Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL). 
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). 
• Previous teaching or training experience in a technical environment is preferred. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers.
