Full Stack Python Developer (Fresher)

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically sound Full Stack Python Developer (Fresher) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level developers who are passionate about coding, problem-solving, and building modern web applications. You will work closely with our senior developers and project teams to gain hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, contributing to real-world projects from day one.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) for backend development.
• Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB to design schemas, write queries, and manage data efficiently.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, testers, product managers) in an Agile environment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in full stack development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical knowledge).
• Strong foundation in Python programming language.
• Basic understanding of web frameworks like Django/Flask/FastAPI.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript; exposure to frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Understanding of REST APIs and basic client-server architecture.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Good problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools/technologies, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Basic exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or containerized applications.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts.
• Internship or project experience in full stack/web development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
