Full Stack MERN Developer

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using

  React.js

  , Redux/Context API, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries.
• Ensure seamless integration with backend APIs.

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using

  Node.js

  and

  Express.js

  .
• Implement application logic, authentication, data validation, and error handling.
• Optimize server-side performance and scalability.

Database Management

• Work with

  MongoDB

  , including schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning.
• Manage database queries, data migrations, and integration with backend services.

DevOps & CI/CD (Good to Have)

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker, containerization, automated deployments, and Git workflows.

Quality Assurance

• Write unit and integration tests for both front-end and back-end.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews and best practices.

Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers.
• Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in

  JavaScript

  and experience with

  MERN stack

• Hands-on experience with

  React.js

  , Hooks, and state management libraries.
• Strong knowledge of

  Node.js

  Express.js

  backend frameworks.
• Experience in

  MongoDB

  , Mongoose ORM, and database management concepts.

• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
