Full Stack Lead (MERN)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Full Stack Lead (MERN) to join our technology team in Kochi, Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in MERN stack development, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience in architectonic scalable web applications. This role requires hands-on coding, team mentorship, and end-to-end project ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead the development of web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB

• 
  Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using microservices architecture

• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features

• 
  Guide and mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and ensure coding standards are met

• 
  Manage version control and development workflows using Git and Azure DevOps

• 
  Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments

• 
  Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB to design efficient data structures

• 
  Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment of applications

• 
  Ensure best practices in Agile/Scrum environments, actively participating in sprints and planning sessions

• 
  Troubleshoot issues across the stack and resolve performance bottlenecks

Required Skills & Experience:

• 
  Strong experience with the MERN stack: React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB

• 
  Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript

• 
  Experience with PostgreSQL and working knowledge of relational databases

• 
  Strong understanding of microservices architecture and scalable application design

• 
  Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git workflows, and CI/CD practices

• 
  Experience with Docker and container-based deployments

• 
  Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure)

• 
  Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities
