Responsibilities
Technical Leadership Lead, coach, and mentor full-stack engineering teams across multiple agile squads. Translate business requirements into scalable software solutions. Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and ensure engineering best practices. Guide the team in architecture patterns, design decisions, and technology selection.Full Stack Engineering Deliver high-quality applications using React, TypeScript, Redux, Next.js. Build backend microservices using Node.js, Python, and GoLang. Develop REST/GraphQL APIs, implement event-driven patterns, and manage distributed systems. Ensure high performance, reliability, and security across components.Cloud Engineering AWS Architect and implement cloud-native applications using AWS services: oLambda, ECS/EKS, EC2oDynamoDB, RDSoAPI Gateway, CloudFrontoSNS/SQS, KinesisoS3, IAM, VPC Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation/Terraform). Optimize cloud performance, cost, and security posture.AI Integration Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI/ML models into production workloads. Build POCs using Python-based AI frameworks and GenAI APIs. Implement AI-driven features for personalization, demand prediction, routing, or automation.Mobility & Convenience Domain Expertise Lead engineering solutions for: oMobility solutions (EV charging platforms, fuel retail tech, telematics)oLoyalty, payments, and customer engagementoConvenience store digital platforms (POS, inventory, promotions)oLast mile delivery & order managementoMobile apps for customer journeys (fueling, payments, charging, rewards, etc.) Map domain workflows into scalable technical designs.Delivery & Collaboration Work closely with product managers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders. Active involvement in sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and release readiness. Drive high-quality releases through strong DevOps and automation practices.
