Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Angular, Java Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, drive solution design, mentor developers, and ensure best practices are followed to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development across Angular (frontend) and Java Spring Boot (backend) systems.
• Architect, design, and implement microservices and RESTful APIs for enterprise-grade applications.
• Drive code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design sessions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, security, and scalability requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, and QA teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers on design patterns and best practices.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies – sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, conducting root cause analysis as needed.
• Manage integration with databases, APIs, and external/cloud systems.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerized deployments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall software development experience.
• 5+ years of strong backend experience using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Hibernate/JPA.
• 4+ years of frontend development using Angular (v8+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, RxJS, and NgRx.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture, API Gateway, service registry, and distributed systems.
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs, with proficiency in JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Strong knowledge of Relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) preferred.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Strong understanding of security practices (OAuth2, JWT, SSO, token-based authentication).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD) concepts.
• Familiarity with Observability tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
• Prior experience in client-facing or technical leadership roles.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹423,231.98 - ₹2,926,027.45 per year
