As a key contributor to our engineering team, you will work across the stack—developing both front-end and back-end systems—to create AI-powered applications that improve healthcare delivery. This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy impactful features.Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications.
AI Integration: Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate conversational AI models into the platform, enabling seamless voice interactions.
System Architecture: Contribute to system design and architecture decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
Feature Ownership: Take ownership of features from concept to deployment, including writing clean, maintainable code and conducting thorough testing.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver user-centric solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance our tech stack and processes.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer in production environments.
Expertise in front-end development using React (React Native experience is a plus).
Strong back-end development skills with Node.js (Express or similar frameworks).
Experience with databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and designing scalable data models.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. AWS preferred.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs or GraphQL development.
Familiarity with conversational AI technologies, large language models (LLMs) or voice AI technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior Startup experience is highly preferred.
Understanding of Vector databases, graph databased and AI Ops technologies.
Exposure to TypeScript.
