Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Full stack Engineer with focus on Frontend Development. As an early-stage company, every team member has a massive impact. You'll be one of our first technical hires, giving you a chance to shape the product and the engineering culture at the company.

THE ROLE: WHAT YOU'LL DO

We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building world-class product experience. You will bring our product vision to life with exceptional design, performance, and usability.

• Own the Frontend

  : Lead the development of our core application's user interface using [React/Next.js and TypeScript]. Set the direction and own the Frontend.

• Full Feature Development

  : Ship end-to-end features, from UI Implementation to designing and integrating with FastAPI based backend APIs. Willingness to contribute to the backend, when needed.

• UX/UI Collaboration

  : Work closely with founders, design and engineering team to translate mockups and user research into responsive, reliable, high-fidelity user experiences.

• Performance & Quality

  : Champion best practices for frontend development, quality, and robust testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end). Guide other engineers on Fronted Development.

• Technical Roadmap

  : Influence architectural decisions, select new technologies, and help define the engineering roadmap as we scale. The team will look up to you when it comes to key UX decisions.

• Wear Multiple Hats

  : As an early employee, you’ll tackle diverse challenges, from debugging production issues to setting up CI/CD pipelines. You will also contribute towards Product design with your Frontend expertise.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent practical experience

• 2+ years

  of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong portfolio showcasing Full stack development with Frontend focus.
• Deep expertise in

  JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS

  .
• Proven mastery of a modern frontend framework [

  React

  preferably] and frontend server frameworks [

  Next.js

  ].
• Experience building and integrating with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with at least one backend language/framework (

  Python

  Preferably).
• Ability to thrive in an u

  nstructured, fast-paced, startup environment

• A strong commitment to user experience and product quality.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience working with cloud platforms [

  AWS, GCP, or Azure

  ].
• Experience in designing and maintaining a Large

  Frontend with Agentic experience

  .
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience at an early-stage company or having successfully launched a side project.
