This is a permanent role with Bootstrapped LegalTech platform, a valued client of Getlista.

Role Overview

We are looking for a

Full Stack Developer

to enhance, build, and support our

LegalTech platform – TrueCounsel

. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a senior tech expert, gain mentorship, and grow into a full-time core engineering role as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of the TrueCounsel platform
Build scalable and responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
Work on data modeling and database design with MySQL and PostgreSQL
Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver user-friendly, secure, and high-performing solutions
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
Work closely with the senior tech mentor to learn and implement best practices in product engineering

Skillset Required

Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks: ReactJS, NextJS, VueJS, Angular
Back-end development using NodeJS
Database expertise with Prisma ORM, MySQL, PostgreSQL
Prior experience working in a technology product environment (SaaS preferred)
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills
