Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Stack Engineer to join our development team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, experience with ReactJS/Next.js, and expertise in building scalable back-end APIs with Express or Fastify. You will work closely with a collaborative team to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Front-End Development: Design, implement, and maintain user interfaces using ReactJS and Next.js, ensuring they are responsive, performant, and user-friendly.

- Back-End Development: Build scalable, secure, and efficient APIs using Express or Fastify.

- Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to integrate APIs, ensuring smooth data flow between the client and server.

- Implement and manage state management solutions to ensure consistent application state across the full-stack.

- Design and maintain databases, ensuring efficient integration and optimal data storage and retrieval.

- Utilize Tailwind CSS to implement utility-first design principles for clean, maintainable, and responsive UI components.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure the robustness and quality of the codebase.

- Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve the software development process.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with Next.js/ReactJS to develop modern, dynamic web applications.

- Extensive knowledge of Tailwind CSS and its utility-first design principles.

- Experience with building back-end APIs using Express or Fastify.

- Familiarity with Node.js and server-side JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Solid understanding of web application architecture, including client-server interaction, state management, and database integration.

- Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ORMs.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) and serverless architectures.

- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks and practices for both front-end and back-end code.
