Job Description We are seeking motivated and talented Full Stack Developers to join our dynamic team. This position is structured as a mandatory internship-to-full-time pathway, designed to nurture and evaluate your technical and collaborative skills in a real-world environment. You will work on a variety of projects, including web applications, Chrome extensions, PWA apps, and full-stack software solutions, with a strong emphasis on system design and AI integration. Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications and software solutions. Build end-to-end applications, including websites, Chrome extensions, and PWAs. Architect systems with a strong focus on system design, scalability, and maintainability. Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless frontend-backend integration. Implement secure authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT, session management, role-based access). Integrate AI tools and APIs; demonstrate a basic understanding of AI agents and prompt engineering. Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment. Perform basic server management (Linux/Unix, Nginx, Apache). Design and optimize databases ( schema design , normalization, indexing, query optimization). Ensure code quality through testing and adherence to best practices. Collaborate effectively in a remote, agile startup environment. Required Skills Strong understanding of system design and software architecture. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). Proficiency with version control systems (Git). Knowledge of API development (RESTful and GraphQL). Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT, sessions, RBAC). Basic server management skills (Linux/Unix, Nginx, Apache). Database design and optimization skills. Experience integrating AI tools or APIs; Basic understanding of AI agents. Basic knowledge of prompt engineering. Commitment to testing and quality assurance. Ability to build complete, production-ready applications. No formal degree or prior experience required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Salary Structure 1. Pre-Qualification Internship (Mandatory) Duration: 2 months Stipend: ₹5,000/month Purpose: Evaluate foundational skills, work ethic, and cultural fit. 2. Internship (Mandatory) Duration: 3 months Stipend: ₹7,000–₹15,000/month (based on pre-qualification performance) Purpose: Deepen technical involvement and demonstrate capability. 3. Full-Time Employment Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹9 LPA (performance-based, determined during internships) Note: Full-time offers are extended only upon successful completion of both internship stages.
