Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Fullstack Engineer to join our customer's team, contributing to innovative projects at the intersection of web technology and AI. You will leverage your expertise in Python, JavaScript, AWS, and Docker to develop robust, scalable applications and play a pivotal role in deploying, maintaining, and enhancing full-stack solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with accomplished engineers and researchers, shaping the future of intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end web applications using Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) and/or JavaScript (Node.js, Next.js, Express).
• Create, maintain, and optimize Docker containers, including writing efficient Dockerfiles for various environments.
• Implement DevOps practices for continuous integration, testing, and deployment on AWS or similar cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with AI/ML researchers to facilitate dataset preparation, model evaluation, and integration of AI Agents into production systems.
• Independently troubleshoot, test, and optimize code in live production environments using GitHub PRs and comprehensive unit testing.
• Proactively communicate project status, challenges, and solutions in both written and verbal formats to diverse stakeholders.
• Drive technical excellence in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment, participating in team ideation and solution delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Professional experience in Python and JavaScript, delivering production-ready applications across multiple projects or companies.
• Proficiency in Docker; able to independently spin up, configure, and deploy Dockerized applications.
• Deep understanding of full-stack web development and the ability to build, test, and maintain applications from scratch.
• Hands-on experience deploying cloud applications, preferably on AWS, with knowledge of modern DevOps workflows.
• Exposure to AI Agents or AI/ML research, including model implementation, evaluation, and collaboration with technical researchers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics and document processes clearly.
• Experience managing production codebases using GitHub and writing comprehensive unit tests.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in fast-paced startups, hackathons, or team-based project development with multiple shipped applications.
• Recent graduate, current Masters/PhD candidate, or high-performing undergraduate from an elite institution.
• Prior work with data-driven companies or experience using coding agents and AI-powered developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc.).
