Job Description

Responsibilities

Own entire product experiences end-to-end backend, frontend, database design, deployment, and debugging.
Translate loosely defined, business-first problems into full-fledged internal tools, dashboards, and user-facing products.
Work directly with business, design, and ops to ship real features fast.
Iterate rapidly based on what you ship and learn from live users.
Contribute to building internal architecture, code quality standards, and engineering culture.

Requirements

Have shipped full-stack projects independently (even side/college projects count).
Is deeply comfortable with Django (or Flask/FastAPI), React (or similar), and understands web architecture.
Has an instinct for clean UX and interfaces, even if you're not a designer.
Is hungry to solve real problems and build products that matter.
Thinks about performance, scalability, code quality, but won't get stuck in perfect.
Years of experience? Doesn't matter. Attitude and aptitude matter more.

Bonus If You've Worked With

Frontend state management (Redux, Zustand, etc. )
PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
APIs, queues, cron jobs, CI/CD pipelines.
eCommerce stacks or admin/internal tools.
A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Passion for tackling complex and challenging problems.
Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adopt technologies that support the development of large-scale, high-performance, reliable, and sustainable systems.
