Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of development experience.
• At least 5 years of experience working on web technology projects using Agile/Product methodologies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high-level design for complex solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience interacting with senior leadership (Director level and above).
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on development experience using programming languages and frameworks such as Java, Node.js, Spring Framework, Angular, ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.
• At least 4 years of experience with engineering tools such as Git, Jenkins, and JIRA.
• Minimum 3 years of experience integrating with third-party systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or equivalent.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DevOps best practices.
• Solid understanding of service-oriented architecture and web services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the U.S. healthcare industry.
• Exposure to UI/UX best practices.
• Experience working in startup environments.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with EPIC systems.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field.
