Company: Yotuh Energy's mission toward sustainable and ultra energy-efficient cooling has just begun, starting with the often-overlooked yet deeply impactful sector of cold chain logistics. We engineer electric refrigeration units for cold logistics trucks. Our product ensures the correct temperature is maintained in the cargo container of the truck during the transit. By doing so we provide a more economical, reliable and greener way to transport perishables like milk, curd, paneer, meat, seafood, icecreams, frozen foods, fruits, veggies, as well as vaccines and pharmaceuticals. With such a massive population to feed, our product solves a big missing link in cold chain logistics. Job Description: Yotuh Energy is the first and only company in India to build electric refrigeration units enabling upcoming Electric Vehicles and existing Small Commercial Vehicles to handle cold logistics. As embedded hardware engineer you will be Building microcontroller based systems like ECUs, interfacing with various drives, sensors, batteries, IOT and HMIs - designed to be not only reliable, but also fail-safe, resilient to faults and capable of delivering stringent control over refrigeration unit. Define and drive the overall electronics architecture, making critical decisions on microcontrollers, power distribution, communication lines, fault-tolerance and system integration. Work with Embedded Software, Controls, Refrigeration teams in understanding how the overall product should behave and design accordingly. Planning System Level engineering goals, timelines, and executing on it. Role offers a very unique and tough enduring opportunity for engineers to design, build, test and scale up a unique product. Building a refrigeration unit that is carrying critical products giving no time till they will perish- demands to have one of the most reliable electronics ever built. Responsibilities - System Design: Capture requirements, Plan Architecture, Select uC & components, design schematics. Implement & Develop: Design and develop PCBs based on ARM processors using standard tools like Altium, including associated component selection. Testing: Perform various testings on prototypes to validate and improve hardware design. Scale Up: Own and lead the transition of taking design to scalable production stages. Requirements - Possess hands-on experience with ARM based processor or microcontroller family preferably STM. Familiar with communication protocols like UART, CAN, RS232, USB, Ethernet etc Solid understanding of essential electronic components such as MOSFETs, diodes, capacitors, and inductors etc. Understanding of DFX (DFA, DFM, etc.) FMEA practices and designing fail-safe, fault-tolerant electronics will be a plus. Prior exposure to EMI/EMC compliant design, testing, and mitigation techniques will be a plus. Exposure to automotive testing standards such as ISO 16750, AIS-004, or MIL-STD will be an added advantage. More info - https://yotuh.com/jobs

Job Description: Yotuh Energy is the first and only company in India to build electric refrigeration units enabling upcoming Electric Vehicles and existing Small Commercial Vehicles to handle cold logistics. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building the digital backbone of our refrigeration units. From cloud backends to intuitive dashboards, you will enable logistics operators to monitor, analyze, and act on real-time data. Your work will involve designing and deploying web and mobile applications, building cloud-native backends (MySQL/AWS), integrating data pipelines for IoT devices, and implementing reporting, visualization, and notification systems. You will further contribute to predictive maintenance and health monitoring by enabling AI/ML-driven analytics based on large volumes of telematics and refrigeration performance data. Beyond monitoring and reporting, this role will also support two-way IoT control — enabling features such as OTA firmware updates, remote start/stop, changing parameters of the refrigeration unit for different operational requirements. This role offers a rare opportunity to define and build the complete digital ecosystem for an industry-critical product, combining the best of IoT, data science, and user-centric application design. Responsibilities System Design: Architect and implement web and mobile applications for telematics and cold-chain monitoring. Backend Development: Build robust, scalable backend systems to manage real-time IoT data. Frontend Development: Design intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualization tools with heavy use of graphs and charts. Notifications & Alerts: Develop intelligent notification systems for users (errors, health, predictive failures) OTA Updates: Build secure pipelines to deliver firmware updates to controllers over the air. Data Engineering: Collect, clean, and structure large volumes of telematics data for analytics. AI/ML Integration: Enable predictive analytics models for health monitoring and error detection. Requirements Hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer with exposure to both frontend and backend technologies. Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or AWS RDS) and cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Proficiency in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and building data-rich dashboards. Experience with backend frameworks (Node.js, Django, or similar). Familiarity with real-time data handling, APIs, and socket-based communication. Experience with data visualization libraries (Chart.js, D3.js, Recharts, etc.). Exposure to AI/ML workflows (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) is a strong plus. Understanding of IoT/telematics systems and data collection pipelines preferred. Strong problem-solving mindset, with ability to work across UI/UX, backend logic, and data engineering.
