Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team at Lexi, a cutting-edge legal tech startup building intelligent tools to transform the legal industry.

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js
Build and document backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI
Implement and style responsive user interfaces with Tailwind CSS
Integrate AI/LLM pipelines using LangChain for document processing and automation
Collaborate with product and design teams to define and implement new features
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across the stack
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code

Requirements

Minimum
3 years
of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Solid experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles
Proficiency in Python and backend frameworks, especially FastAPI
Experience with LangChain or other AI/LLM frameworks (preferred)
Familiarity with REST APIs, database design, and basic DevOps concepts
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
