Role Overview

Full Stack Developer

You will work closely with firmware, AI/ML, biomedical, and mobile teams to create a seamless, secure, and scalable digital ecosystem that powers our global wearable intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Build secure, scalable APIs for the mobile app (iOS & Android)
• Develop data pipelines for ECG, PPG, IMU, HRV, and physiological metrics
• Architect real-time and near-real-time processing systems
• Implement user authentication (OAuth, JWT, AWS Cognito)
• Build microservices for AI, personalization, analytics, and dashboards

Frontend / Web

• Build internal dashboards for R&D, QA, and algorithm monitoring
• Admin tools for device management, telemetry, logs, and insights
• Optional: Basic front-end support for landing pages / portals

Database & Cloud

• Architect relational + time-series databases
• Set up AWS/GCP stack:
• S3, DynamoDB, RDS
• Lambda, API Gateway
• SNS/SQS, CloudWatch
• Optimize storage for biosignals + summaries

Security & Compliance

• Implement encryption, secure storage, key management
• Maintain HIPAA-like compliance readiness for global expansion
• Manage OTA firmware update logs + secure device identity

Collaboration

Work closely with:

• Firmware team (BLE pipelines)
• ML/AI team (serving models, inference endpoints)
• Mobile app team (secure sync)
• Biosignal scientists (data access & annotation)

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with 

  Node.js / Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask)

• Proficiency with 

  React / Next.js

• Strong command of:
• AWS / GCP
• REST APIs, WebSockets
• Microservices
• Experience with:
• MongoDB / PostgreSQL / DynamoDB
• InfluxDB / TimescaleDB (big plus)

Understanding of:

• Real-time data systems
• Data pipelines & time-series processing
• Storage optimization for sensor data

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience in 

  health-tech / IoT / wearables

• BLE-based data ingestion
• Deploying ML models to backend endpoints
• Familiarity with ECG/PPG/IMU data formats
• DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Security-first engineering (JWT, AES, TLS)

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech

   in CS, IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related
• 3–5 years full-stack development experience
• Strong GitHub/portfolio demonstrating backend + cloud work
• Prior startup, R&D, or high-ownership role preferred
