Job Summary

Lead Full Stack Engineer

Key Skills (Mandatory):

• 8+ years of total experience in Full Stack Development
• 4+ years of strong hands-on experience in

  Python development

• Expertise in Python frameworks:

  Django, Flask, FastAPI

• Strong front-end development experience using

  React or Flutter

• Proven experience designing and building

  scalable microservices & REST APIs

• In-depth working knowledge of

  AWS services and cloud architecture

• Strong experience with

  SQL & NoSQL databases

  , data modeling, and database programming
• Deep understanding of

  application security

  , vulnerability management, and secure coding practices
• Hands-on experience managing

  CI/CD pipelines

  and release processes
• Practical experience implementing

  AWS Well-Architected Framework

  principles
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of full-stack applications from design to production
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures on AWS
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks
• Contribute hands-on to development using

  React/Flutter (Frontend)

  and

  Python (Backend)

• Guide integration of

  AI/ML models or APIs

  to enhance application functionality
• Enforce secure coding standards and proactively manage vulnerabilities
• Conduct detailed code reviews to maintain quality and best practices
• Architect and manage databases ensuring integrity, security, and performance
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and manage release lifecycles in AWS environments
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, and Data teams
• Mentor junior engineers, delegate tasks effectively, and foster technical excellence

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating

  AI/ML models

  in production environments
• Knowledge of

  API Gateway solutions

  (Amazon API Gateway, Apigee, Azure APIM)
• Hands-on experience with

  Docker and Kubernetes

• AWS Certifications (e.g.,

  AWS Solutions Architect – Professional

  )
• Exposure to modern DevOps and cloud-native architectures
