Role Overview

Lead Full Stack Engineer

As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for system architecture, secure development practices, AI integration, CI/CD oversight, and mentoring engineering teams. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions within the AWS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & System Design

• Take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and technical excellence
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework
• Translate product and business requirements into detailed technical designs, user stories, and engineering tasks
• Act as the technical decision-maker, guiding architecture, tooling, and implementation approaches

Development & Quality Assurance

• Contribute hands-on to full stack development:

• Frontend:

  Flutter or React

• Backend:

  Python microservices (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• Enforce secure coding practices and proactively identify, assess, and remediate vulnerabilities
• Conduct rigorous code reviews ensuring adherence to best practices, performance standards, and maintainability
• Drive continuous improvements in code quality, performance, and system reliability

Team Leadership, DevOps & AI Integration

• Mentor and guide engineers, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
• Oversee release management and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments on AWS
• Lead and guide the integration of AI/ML models into applications to enhance functionality and user engagement
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Architecture teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence

Required Skills & Experience

Experience & Technical Expertise

• 6–8+ years of overall software development experience
• 4+ years of hands-on Python development
• 2+ years in a technical lead or senior engineering role

Technical Skills

• Frontend:

  Flutter or React

• Backend:

  Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices
• Strong skills in SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance optimization
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and AWS services
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production deployments
